Why are you asking me to update my payment details?

We are updating the way we process payments on our website and moving to a new payment provider. To keep your subscription running smoothly, we’re asking active subscribers to re-enter their card details so future renewals can continue without interruption.

Do I need to do anything now?

If you have an active subscription, yes — please update your payment method before your next renewal  date. If you are not currently subscribed, you only need to update your details when you next place an order or if we contact you about a saved card on account.

How do I update my payment method?

Log in to your account, open your subscription, and select Change payment method. Follow the steps to add your card details again and save them.

Will I lose my subscription if I do not update my card?

Not immediately, but your next renewal may fail if your payment method has not been updated in time. If that happens, your subscription may be placed on hold until payment is completed.

What happens if my renewal payment fails?

If a renewal payment fails, we’ll notify you by email with instructions on how to complete the payment. You can log in to your account, pay the renewal, and update your payment method at the same time.

My subscription is on hold. What should I do?

Please log in to your account and follow the payment instructions for your subscription or renewal order. Once payment is completed, your subscription can usually be reactivated.

My subscription has been cancelled. Do I need to do anything?

No, not unless you want to start a new subscription. If you decide to return later, you can sign up again using the new payment system.

I have a card saved on my account for future purchases. Do I need to update it?

You may be asked to update your card details at your next purchase or account login, depending on how your payment method is stored. This helps ensure your future purchases go through without issue.

Will Apple Pay work for subscription renewals?

No — Apple Pay should not be used for subscription renewals. For recurring payments, you’ll need to add a card to your account instead.

Can I still use Apple Pay for one-off purchases?

In many cases, yes, if it is available on your device and supported at checkout. However, it is not a renewal method for subscriptions.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. Your payment details are handled securely by the payment provider and are not stored in a way that exposes your full card information to us.

Will my subscription price or renewal date change?

No. Your subscription terms, renewal date, and pricing will remain the same unless we contact you separately about a change.

What if I have more than one subscription?

Please check each subscription in your account and update the payment method where needed. In some cases, you may be able to update the default card for all subscriptions at once.

I’m having trouble updating my card. What should I do?

Please try again carefully, then check your billing address and card details. If the problem continues, contact our support team and include a screenshot of the error if possible.
